The national Australian magazine, “Backyard”, featured Matthew O’Grady Landscape Designs Award winning garden, 15.2 July 2017 issue.

Entitled, “Living libraries” , This contemporary outdoor landscape features 5 distinct  garden rooms, each with their own story to tell. It is a 6 page spread with stunning some full page photography by Therese Covington.

“Matthew’s design philosophy is to create beautiful customized spaces he calls, “Living libraries”. “I wish to create a story for the people using them to share great moments, making lasting memories, as they enjoy a sensory experience”, he says. There are plenty of opportunities  here to enjoy outdoor living. As you walk thru the garden, there is an abundance of cool quirky and contemporary elements to inspire and delight. There’s an outdoor entertaining space with a bespoke urn as a focal point. The soothing sounds of cascading water bring a quiet contemplative feel to the space which has an elegant leafy backdrop. ”
